Our First Baby at Faith Chapel!

Isaiah Michael was born Monday at 7:07pm to Sally & Mike Ayers! We missed it by about 10 mins.

Proud mom & dad, 20 minutes after his birth. Mom did great!

And of course the proud pastor! Ed was the first one to hold the baby after mom. This is the greatest part of ministry. Seeing life before your eyes. This is our first baby born since being at FCW and we pray there are many more to come!!

Happy 13th Birthday Brianna!

We celebrated Bri's 13th birthday on Saturday. We had about 35 family members and some of her girlfriends from church. What a great time we had all being together for the first time in 5 years!!

My niece Vincenza helping Bri blow out all the candles. Vincenza stayed with us for 2 nights. She is quite the character!

Happy Birthday Brianna, we are so proud of you!

Bri had a sleepover with 4 girls and Vincenza. This is Sunday morning when nobody wanted to wake up to get ready for church!

Vincenza slept over also. She was the one who kept them all up late and as you can see she is the last one to get up!! What a great time they all had!

Our first visitors from Michigan!!

We had a surprise visit from Greg & Lynn Tarr from Michigan. They were passing through to go to NY to celebrate their wedding anniversary and decided to stop in NJ to visit us. We had a great time!! Ed cooked them an awesome breakfast before heading out on Saturday morning!!

Greg & Lynn standing by their new car. Oops Lynn's new car! BMW convertible. It was awesome!! God bless them for driving 11 hours in that small car with the top down all the way to NJ!! See you soon.

Bri's 1st Soccer Game!

Brianna tried out for soccer this year at the new school and made the team!!! They had their 1st game on Thursday and lost. She played for 4 years in Michigan and they play alot different out here in NJ. Good game Bri. She is enjoying a nice cold ice pop after the game.

Dad is her biggest cheerleader!! Sometimes alittle embarrassing if you ask Bri!! Go Lions!!

Women of Faith Conference!

I had the opportunity to go to the Women of Faith Conference this weekend in Philadelphia!! I wasn't suppose to go, but one of the ladies got sick and they had a last minute ticket available. I was asked to go and I was blessed by going! Philadelphia was the place I first saw Women of Faith about 10 years ago. It was like coming home! The Worship team was as awesome as ever.

This is Mandissa, if any of you watched American Idol, she got voted off for singing "Shackels". God definitely had bigger and better plans for her. She rocked the house and sang some old school R&B!!
We had awesome seats. This is the Women of Faith team sitting on what they called the "Porch". The theme for this year was "Amazing Freedom" and how we can have freedom in Christ by just letting HIM lead us, even if it takes baby steps to get there. I reserved a block of seats for next year's conference "Infinite Grace". It's for 25 seats and I pray we will need more. East Rutherford, NJ here we come!!!

My roomies, Mary, Linda and ME!

Still my roomies, Mary, Linda and Lisa!!

Girls, thanks so much for inviting me. It was a blast! I can't wait to do it again next year!! I get the bed next year!! (ha ha)!!

Lunch in The Poconos!!

The best part of moving back to the east coast, is that I am close to my family. I took a trip (only 1 hour away) on Wednesday to visit my parents and my sister and niece Vincenza. She is almost 3 and yes, she is the "PRINCESS"!!

Mom & Dad took us out to lunch at "Red Robin" in Stroudsburg, PA. We had a wonderful time and it was nice not having to travel 10 hours to see each other. Thanks mom & dad!!

Well, there is always a first time for ballroom dancing. This was our first and we loved it! We had the opportunity to go out with some friends from church and had a great time.

Ed, Marsha, Sandra and Dick trying to keep up!

Ed and Maritza dancing the Salsa. They are the ones who "have it in their bones" she is cuban and Ed is Puerto Rican!!

Ron & Marsha taking a break!!

Chuck & Maritza- "Hey baby wanna Salsa?"

Dick & Sandra dancing the night away!! Thanks for inviting us guys, we had an awesome time. Let's do it again sometime!

And last but not least, Granny (Linda) and her sweetheart John! Linda has a broken arm and will have surgery soon, but she was a real trooper dancing the night away with one arm. What an awesome time we all had. Anyone up for ballroom dancing!!

First day of school

Matt and Bri waiting for the school bus their first day at their new school!! Matt's favorite part of going back to school was the bus ride. He has never had to ride the bus in Michigan, so this is a highlight for him. He loves to get up and go to school now!!!!

Day out with Linda

Me, Bri and Matt had a day out with Ms. Linda before going back to school on Thursday. Matt finally got to ride the mini bike that he's been dying to ride since we got to NJ. Thank you Granny Linda!! We had an awesome day!!

Matt loved the mini bike, even though it was pink!!

Brianna riding an electric scooter. Her favorite was the mini bike!

Labor Day 2007

This is our first Labor day in NJ after living in MI and going to the Peach festival for the past 5 years and we celebrated with my parents and sisters and my little niece Vincenza. We had a great day having family around again. I still miss you all in Michigan very much!!

Some of you might not have seen pictures of our new home, so here it is. You can't see it in the picture, but the leaves are already starting to change color.

My niece Vincenza looking as pretty as ever!!

Revelation Generation 2007

Saturday was our first experience with Revelation Generation!! It was an awesome time in Frenchtown, NJ. We saw many Christian bands. Newsboys, Jars of Clay, Nicole C. Mullen (got a personalized autograph from her) and Skillet to name a few!!

10-15,000 people were gathered on this farmland from 10am-11:00pm praising Jesus and having a great time with great food and fellowship.

Peter and some of his new friends....Peter, Jess, Jamie and Ronnie (awesome guitar player)! They hung out most of the day at the Philadelphia stage (marshing)? and listening to MXPX, Skillet and I cannot remember the others.

Nicole C. Mullen was on stage. My sister can sing and dance!! She is awesome!!

Ed and Matthew worshiping to the final band of the night, NEWSBOYS!! They were awesome to. The special stage effects were Matthews favorite! The drums rose up and spun at a 90 degree angle with the drummer drumming. You had to be there to see it!!

As you can see we had an awesome time and can't wait to go back next year. Let us know if you want to come along. We would love to take you.

Blessings.
